A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival; and 90 days for the Christmas/New Year’s period.

Cancellations are allowed 61 days prior to arrival; and 91 days for the Christmas/New Year’s period.

Change of dates is treated as a cancellation.
